ShipMyBook terms of service
These terms govern use of the website, browser tools, paid workspaces, file processing, and assisted publishing services.
Your content and permission to process it
You retain ownership of your manuscripts, covers, and other content. You grant ShipMyBook a limited permission to store, inspect, transform, and deliver that content only to provide the requested service.
You must own or have permission to use all submitted text, images, fonts, and other materials.
Service limits
Free checks are informational and do not guarantee compliance. Paid outputs reduce preparation risk but do not guarantee KDP, IngramSpark, retailer, printer, or legal approval.
Complex visual work may be declined, rescoped, or moved to assisted review. Automated processing is not a substitute for editorial, legal, tax, accessibility, or professional design advice.
Accounts, payments, and acceptable use
Keep magic links and account sessions private. Stripe processes payment details; ShipMyBook receives order and entitlement status rather than card numbers.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized content, probe other accounts, abuse free tools, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access needed to protect users or infrastructure.
