What must be validated before launch
The professional pilot must prove that an owner can invite an author, editor, designer, or approver to one exact title without exposing another client's files. Those controls are not presented as finished functionality today.

ShipMyBook does not require an affiliate relationship. The planned workspace is intended as delivery infrastructure for your own professional service, but it will not be sold as collaboration software before the access controls are implemented and tested.

Do clients need separate subscriptions?
Client invitations are not live yet. Current workspaces belong to one signed-in account; do not share account credentials with clients.
Is this a replacement for a professional editor?
No. Even after collaboration launches, editorial and design judgment will remain professional work.
