Refund & Cancellation Policy
You can return an item to us, provided you do so within a 5 day window. If your order has been placed online, please email us at email@example.com for a refund or exchange provided on the order receipt.
Please read our Refund and Cancellation information and instructions as well as our terms and conditions carefully:
1. Items should be in their original condition.
2. Items should be ideally in the original packaging.
3. Items should be returned within 5 days of the day you bought them with a receipt.
How to return an item by post
We recommend you to use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns. We can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the items.
1. Tell us why you’re returning the item(s) and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
2. Post your item back to us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or we send you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. You’ll be refunded for the original item price.
We’ll make the refund to the card that was used to pay for the original order.
In case of order cancellation we will refund full order value within a week. For cancellations please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org .
